Hartford was created by Designer Yves Charlton ( above ) and launched in Paris in 1979. Mixing vintage European styles with a more relaxed American aesthetic, the label has gained a cult following for its easy-to-wear pieces, which are perfect for dressing down stylishly. The brand began as a men’s wear range, but recently added women’s wear and children’s wear. Hartford was first worn by Bruce Springsteen in the Seventies. The Hartford flagship store in France ( below )
